Services


Individual Therapy for Children, Teens, and Young Adults

Children and Teens are on a journey that can be extremely exciting, fun, and awe inspiring. At the same time, they have a great number of challenges that are uniquely their own. They have access to far more information and safety issues than ever before. With suicide and self- harm being a prevalent issue in our teens lives joining them where they are on their journey is an opportunity to help them find alternative skills to keep on growing. Individual and group sessions available age 0-24. 

Individual Therapy for Adults

At different times in our lives, finding support may be needed and even required. Going through grief, loss, relationship issues, emotional difficulties, feeling sad, angry, bitter, or alone? Individual sessions available for ages 24-99.  

Family Therapy

Family is the key to our happiness. When there are issues occurring with the ones we love it impacts our whole world. Parenting support and family therapy available. 

Families going through the court process welcome. 

Athlete Wellness and Performance

With a deep understanding of the pressures young athletes and high performers face, our approach centers around training mental skills to improve performance, while also focusing on wellness and perhaps even an entire shift in the athletes mental framework and relationship with sport and outcomes to first and foremost support student athlete wellness. Focusing on the being rather than on the doing is at the heart of improving student athlete wellness and performance.
